Apricot Jam

Ingredients

1 kg of apricots.
700g of sugar.
1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.
3 nice sunny days.

Directions

Take out the seeds out of the apricots.
Mix the apricots and sugar.
Put on low heat for about one hour.
Then add the lemon juice.
Put the apricot jam in a pan in the sun for 3 days.
Enjoy
