Pita Bread

Ingredients

3 cups of flour.
1/2 cup of  oil.
4 teaspoon of yeast.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 cup of warm water.

Directions

In a small bowl, add the yeast and sugar to the water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Place flour in a large bowl. Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and a little bit of olive oil. Mix well until smooth.
Cover and set aside to rise in a warm place for about one hour.
Cut dough into 5 inch round balls. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Roll each dough ball into a flat circle.
Bake in a 500F oven, about 10 minutes.
