Ingredients
1 cup split lentils, rinsed. 4 cups water. 1 large onion, chopped. 1/2 cup of rice. 1 lemon juice. Salt, Pepper.
Directions
Sauté the chopped onion. Add lentils, rice, and water. Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes. Puree; then return to saucepan and reheat. Add the lemon juice. Enjoy.
