Kafta Kabab

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef or lamb.
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped.
2 medium onions, finely diced.
Salt, Pepper.
Skewers.

Directions

Mix all the ingredients.
Work with the mixture until it sticks together well.
Pinch off a handful of the meat mixture and work it around the skewer, by pressing it firmly with your hand.
Barbecue over hot coals, turning it once or twice until cooked through.
Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, yogurt on top of the Kafta as you wrap it all inside a pita bread.
