Ingredients
Dough. (or flour to make the dough). 1 Cup of pine nuts. 1 pound of ground Beef. 1 medium onion, chopped fine. 1 chopped tomato. 1 lemon juice. Salt, Pepper.
Directions
Prepare the Dough. Flatten it. Cut it into 4 inch rounds pieces. Stir Fry the meat. Stir in the chopped onion until it is soft. Stir in the pine nuts. Add the chopped tomato until the tomato is soft. Remove from heat. Add the lemon juice. Let it Cool. Spread a Spoon of the meat/nut mixture into the round dough pieces. Close them by creating four corners. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden. Serve hot with yogurt. Enjoy.
