Ingredients
3/4 cup of Tahini sauce (sesame paste). 3/4 cup of water. 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley. 1 clove of Garlic. 1 Lemon. salt.
Directions
Add the Lemon juice to the Tahini sauce in gradual amounts. Then add the water also in gradual amounts. Stir thoroughly to avoid the formation of lumps. Crush the garlic and salt together into a paste Add the garlic, salt, and the chopped parsley. Add more lemon juice if needed. The sauce should be tangy. Refrigerate. Spoon over individual servings of falafel.
