Ingredients
2 cups of dried Fava Beans (Foul). 1 cup of dried Garbanzo Beans (Humos). 1/2 teaspoon of red hot pepper. 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder (carbonate). 1 teaspoon flour. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon coriander (kizbara yabsi) 1 teaspoon cumin. 3 teaspoon of Baking powder.
Directions
Soak the garbanzo beans and the fava beans in water overnight. Remove the skin off the beans. Then we mix them in the electric mixer and we add all the spices. Let them sit for 2 hours. Make balls of the mixture the size of walnuts, then flatten a little bit. Heat the oil, and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with Taratour sauce, and vegetables like tomatoes, radish, parsley, lettuce...
