3 handful of fine Bulgur. 3 bunches of Parsley. 3 firm Tomatoes. 3 Lemons. 1 small white Onion. Chopped Mint.
Olive oil. Salt, pepper. Crisp lettuce leaves.
Directions
Soak the Bulgur in cold water for about 10 minutes. Drain well. Set aside while preparing other ingredients. Meanwhile, wash the parsley very well, drain and shake off excess moisture. Chop the parsley very fine. Chop the onion very fine, mix it with the pepper. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Put all in one big bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix well. Serve with Romaine lettuce leaves on the side. Tear leaves into bite sized pieces and use to scoop up salad for eating. Bon Appétit.
